Clear terms for using TFI Studio

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

3. Service Description

The Service provides tools for creating and managing marketing assets, including AI-assisted text, image, and video generation, templates, project management features, and usage-based features such as credits.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Content Retention and Deletion

We may automatically delete User Content after a retention period. The retention period may vary by feature and may change over time. You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to keep.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content using automated or AI-based tools. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before use. Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Subscriptions and Billing (No Refunds)

If the Service includes paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

9. Credits and Usage Limits

If the Service uses credits or usage limits, you acknowledge that credits may expire, be non-transferable, and subject to plan-specific terms. We may modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. Company is not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, trademarks, and content provided by Company, is owned by Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
